This program is designed to help transitional youth explore the various options for their future. They will gain knowledge on occupations, employment requirements, social and professional skills necessary for employment. They will learn interviewing skills and the application process to gain employment

Job Exploration
Learn about various employment opportunities and your interests. Learn what employment options match your stregths.

Work Based Learning
Explore jobs in the community, participating in site visits and trials. Speak with employers to learn about their employment opportunities.

Counseling and Post-Secondary
Learn about various degrees and certificate programs to further your education and job opportunities.

Workplace Readiness
Practice interview skills, filling out applications, and creating a resume.

Self-Advocacy
Learn how and when to disclose a disability and how and where to acquire accommodations.
