Hunter came to us in 2018 and again in 2019 and went through our summer youth work training program both summers. Once Hunter graduated from high school, he came back to the Goodwill Training Center and went through our adult paid work training program. Hunter picked bagger/customer service as his vocational goal. Riesbecks was so impressed with Hunter because he always stayed busy, he never stood around that after he completed his hours in training, they offered him a bagger/customer carry out position and he said yes.
The Goodwill Training Center helped transition Hunter to a regular employee and we continued to stay with Hunter performing a 90 day Follow up/retention with him and on 3/30/22 he reached his 90 day goal.
