Meet Timothy. Tim graduated from Mid-East Career & Technology Center in May of 2019. Tim initially began working through Goodwill’s annual Summer Youth Work Experience in 2018. Throughout the summer’s past, Timothy worked in a variety of vocations including janitorial and maintenance. Taking our time to get to know Tim and what he felt would be best suitable for him, we learned that although Tim can work as a team member, he feels he does his best work and is less distracted when working independently.
Tim began working at the local YMCA aka Muskingum Recreational Center via Licking-Knox Goodwill in March of 2020 in a janitorial position. Tim is sometimes quiet, but if you get the opportunity to speak with him, you’ll quickly realize he has a very interesting and inspiring personality. Tim states that he is very happy to have started with Goodwill and for Goodwill to continue to provide long-term supports to assist Tim as he continues to succeed in achieving his goals.
